The ferry to your future.
Harmony.
It's what we aspire to in the homes we build at Stephens & Company: a thoughtful balance of qualities like comfort, design, and durability.
It's also why we've stayed put on this island for more than twenty years. Because living on Nantucket offers more than stunning beaches and historic architecture. Beyond the coastal charm, it means immersion in a community characterized by a strong sense of belonging, shared values, and care for one another.
They are the same qualities that make building on Nantucket so rewarding, and they amount to the ethos we hold up inside our own, small team: our common goal is to bring out the very best in each other, in the shared belief that a fulfilling career and a fulfilling home life go hand-in-hand. It just so happens that such harmony is well within reach on this island we love, available in its stunning natural beauty and close-knit community.
We’re always keeping an eye out for the right-fit addition to the Stephens team.
